Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the sale by Monard Shooting

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in the sole discretion of Monard Shooting.

Other Documents
These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a prior written agreement signed by both Customer and Monard Shooting.

Governing Law
All sales will be governed by Swedish law.

Payment Terms
By approved credit card only. Payment must be received by Monard Shooting prior to Monard E-Shop's acceptance of an order and shipment of the goods.

Carriage Charges
Shipping charges are detailed in the Shipping information and will identified on the invoice. The charges will be calculated automatically taking into account the size of the Customers order and the country of destination.

Import Duties
Import duties, if any, have not been taken into account and are the responsibility of the Customer in all circumstances.

Orders sent to Customers within the European Community.
VAT at the rate of 25% is chargeable and is not included in the price quoted.

The currency used for all price information is EUR.

The products in this site and the products offered for sale are provided with a 1 year warranty. Monard Shooting is not responsible for any rule change that may be implied by ISSF.

Return Policies
Products purchased directly from this WWW site by the Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with Monard Shooting's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice/order specification.

Total Satisfaction Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have. Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please read these policies.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund or replacement by advising us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items for return must be in original condition, in original packaging and with all box inserts and accessories. Any discrepancies will result in a full or partial forfeiture of your credit.

Required Return Procedures
Before returning any purchase for any reason whatsoever, you must
e-mail our returns department for a Returns Authorisation number (RA)
and Return Instructions with the following information.

Name & address
Order number
Product name with quantity
Reason for return
Do you require a replacement or a credit?

When returning the goods, you must adhere to the following policy

Remember, all items must be in original condition in original packaging and with all box inserts and accessories.
Remember also to include your invoice (or a photo-copy) from the original order.
You must write your RA number on the outside of the package.
Return your package to Monard Shooting by the method outlined in the Return Instructions.
You must e-mail us with confirmation when you have implemented the postal instructions.

All items being returned must be received by Monard Shooting within the following specified days of us sending you by e-mail your RA number and return instructions:

United Kingdom 7 days
Europe (excluding the UK) 7 days
USA 14 days
Rest of World 14 days

If you have requested replacement rather than credit, we will ship your replacement, if you qualify under the terms above, to the same address as the original order.
If you have requested credit rather than replacement, we will credit the original account number given with your order, provided you qualify under the terms above, with the full amount except all carriage charges (both ways).
Service and Support
Monard Shooting endeavours to provide excellent customer support. Monard Shooting promises that its Customer Services will attempt to handle any problems involving goods ordered from Monard Shooting quickly and effectively by e-mail.
